The most recent development in the 2002 hit-and-run case involving actor Salman Khan, has had three witnesses identify the actor as the culprit, reports claim.
And Bollywood is in a tizzy because if Salman is taken into custody, then it could mean huge losses for the movies already announced, home productions and endorsements starring the actor.

The actor was, in fact, recently reported to have skipped voting in order to complete Sajid Nadiadwala's Kick, slated to release on Eid. Other than Kick, Salman's reportedly also involved in projects like Sooraj Barjatya's Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, and Anees Bazmee's No Entry Mein Entry among other big projects.
A break down of the Rs-500-crore figure reveals an amount of upto Rs.350 crore in acting assigments, andRs.50 crore in endorsements, all of which could possibly turn into losses soon.
Of the projects already mentioned, Salman is reportedly even involved in the production side of things in Kabir Khan's next, and a remake of Hero starring Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty.
